The Company:
Arsat Web Development began in January of 2006 when the webmaster (still in high school at the time) created a website for the First Presbyterian Church of Martinsville. After several months, the site was completed, and not much was heard for almost half a year.
Then, in November of 2006, word spread via the church of the website's look and usefullness, and a second job, the Men with Evil Ex-Wives Organization, was issued. While work was occuring in earnest on this site, word kept spreading. In December of 2006, a third site, Jstones Nubian Meadow, was requested.
Once the Men with Evil Ex-Wives Organization had their site up and running, work on Jstones Nubian Meadow moved from the back burner to full force, and both sites were completed by January of 2007.
With the addition of a computer consulting position at a local office, and further opportunities to perform webmastering services, Arsat Web Development moved from a dream to reality, with the purchase of webspace and the errection of Arsat Web's online presence.
The Webmaster:
Michael K. Purdue has been involved with computers since his third grade year in elementary school. Starting with MS-DOS 5 and moving upwards, Michael went through each Microsoft operating system from the ground up.
Due to the simplicity of DOS commands and QBasic programming, he developed an early apptitude for programming when he first began with QBasic and ZZT-OOP.
By the time Michael reached the seventh grade, he posessed three personal home pages (All hand-coded), had obtained connections all around the world, and was delving into the hardware aspect of computers.
In the tenth grade, our webmaster began using Photoshop 7, and is now very adept with the program.
Michael now resides in Martinsville, Indiana, while attending Ivy Tech and working several part-time jobs.
